CNC Milling

CNC milling in our company is used in individual, small and large-series production. In our machine park we have milling machines for milling metals, as well as plastics and wood. A huge advantage of using numerically controlled machines (CNC) is the possibility of fast, accurate and repeatable production.
At the same time, milling plastics allows for the production of details that are both the final product and an element of larger structures or subassemblies. CNC milling is performed on 5-axis, 4-axis, 3-axis milling machines

Milling Machine MOLD MASTER 5D

The MOLD MASTER 5D series machine is designed for the production of cut and milled elements.
Milling can be done in 3, 4, 5 axes. The materials used in the mentioned production are non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood, LAB, foams, etc. The MOLD MASTER 5D series is built for a working area of: 2000 x 1500 mm for 3D work (the working area in 5D may be smaller depending on the).

In our company, the MOLD MASTER 5D milling machine is mainly used for the automotive industry
for the production of plastic parts.

Akira Seiki V4.5XP Vertical Machining Center

The Akira Seiki vertical machining center provides exceptional precision and cutting speed, thanks to the vibration absorption system. The machine is designed for processing cold metals, such as brass, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum alloys and some plastics.
Milling can be done in 4 axes

The VMC machine is equipped with a stable bed, which ensures high quality machining. Control is carried out using a CNC system. The machine can perform feeds in three directions X, Y, Z and alsocontrol the spindle speed.
