At the same time, milling plastics allows for the production of details that are both the final product and an element of larger structures or subassemblies. CNC milling is performed on 5-axis, 4-axis, 3-axis milling machines
The MOLD MASTER 5D series machine is designed for the production of cut and milled elements.
Milling can be done in 3, 4, 5 axes. The materials used in the mentioned production are non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood, LAB, foams, etc. The MOLD MASTER 5D series is built for a working area of: 2000 x 1500 mm for 3D work (the working area in 5D may be smaller depending on the).
In our company, the MOLD MASTER 5D milling machine is mainly used for the automotive industry
for the production of plastic parts.
